As General Manager Australia, Peter's role is to lead a fantastic team to deliver on the simPRO promise to our customers. Peter has a strong background in sales, marketing and operations in field service industries, events, broadcasting and information technology. He's excited to join simPRO with a key focus on exceeding customer goals and entering new markets.
Kevin is responsible for building strategic plans and go-to-market models. He plays a major role in developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders and works with simPRO clients across multiple industries.
Kevin uses his expertise and knowledge to coach and develop a national sales team.
Geoff has oversight for the Customer Success and Customer Support teams in Australia and New Zealand. He is dedicated to leading & coaching individuals and enterprises of all sizes to help them bring about transformational improvement. With many years of commercial, management and business ownership experience, Geoff has a wealth of knowledge to draw on to bring about Customer Success. His experience includes large and small private enterprise, public sector and publicly listed corporations across many sectors.
Gwynne manages the national team of implementation consultants throughout Australia ensuring that quality installations of the simPRO products are delivered by a team of passionate industry and technically skilled trainers.
Gwynne’s strong knowledge of training delivery solutions is a result of over 12 years of working in the vocational training environment as both a trainer and training and operations manager across a range of trades, industries and educational businesses.
Hayley is responsible for day-to-day operations, promoting simPRO’s high standards of customer service.
Hayley supports her team with the planning and implementation of administrative systems and procedures related to sales, training, simTRAC and accounts.
As the Head of Marketing for the Australia and New Zealand businesses, Karla is responsible for planning and implementing simPRO marketing strategies for the ANZ region. Working with an amazing local team, Karla ensures customers and prospective customers have all the key information they need to maximise their experience when using the simPRO solution.
Karla has an extensive background in the SaaS industry, having worked with many global companies to expand and develop their marketing programmes. With a strong passion for customer success, Karla loves getting out and meeting customers at roadshows, events and on-site visits to learn more about how her team can improve the customer experience.
Using her experience, knowledge and passion for marketing, Nikia is responsible for developing local marketing strategies and activities that adhere to the corporate brand for simPRO Australia.
She maintains professional and effective Customer and Internal Relationships as well as strategic partner relationships.
